Believe it or not, I’ve never been to a corn maze! I’m not very festive about Halloween, but I wanted to take advantage of the corn maze before its October season was over.
Mckee Cornfield Maze opened this season on September 26th and just closed yesterday (November 1st). {Bookmark it for next year!} They have a children’s maze and 12-acre maze connected to it. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by this picture-perfect presentation of October perfection.
We arrived just before the Haunted Maze was to start (7 PM) because I’m a chicken and seriously can’t handle anything “haunted”. Joe was smart about taking on the maze and proposed we only take left turns. Turns out to be extremely effective and we finished the maze in about 30 minutes.
The Mckee Farm also has goats and bunnies for you to admire and pumpkins to take home after finishing your maze. Last but not least, they have Mapleview ice cream and Hot Chocolate. They even had corn hole and a bunch of small tricycles for children. Such a family friendly place, I thoroughly enjoyed checking this place out!

This sounds so fun! I really wanted to make it out to our local pumpkin patch before it closet this year, but didn't have a free weekend to do so! Definitely adding it to my must list for next fall!

I am claustrophobic so the thought of being trapped in a maze scares me but I love going to those farms and browsing the pumpkins and other stands! Hope you had tons of fun! You look so cute!

Looks like so much fun. I love everything fall. I am from Seattle but living in Arizona and lets say fall doesnt really come around here. I miss those corn mazes and beautiful leaves. Thank you for sharing! I am looking forward to Thanksgiving with my family back in Seattle and some time in cooler weather, boots and scarves! Have a fantastic week!
